Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 560:2-505

  • Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
(b) The signing of a will by an interested witness does not invalidate the will or any provision of it, including any gift to or appointment of the witness.
