[§577A-5]  Limitation of actions.  Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, an action to recover any debt founded upon any contract, obligation, or liability made pursuant to this chapter shall not commence until a minor has reached the age of majority, provided that said action shall commence within two years of the date a minor reaches the age of majority.
