- Person: means any individual, firm, corporation, partnership, or association. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 6E-2
Except as provided in § 6E-11, any person who violates this chapter, or any rule adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not less than $500 nor more than $20,000 for each separate violation. Each day of each violation constitutes a separate violation.
