     The ICCB Adult Education Fund is created as a federal fund in the State treasury. All money in the ICCB Adult Education Fund may be used, subject to appropriation, by the State Board for operational expenses associated with the administration of adult education and literacy activities and for the payment of costs associated with education and educational-related services to local eligible providers for adult education and literacy as provided by the United States Department of Education.
