     The ICCB Research and Technology Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. The State Board shall deposit into the Fund moneys received by the State Board from the sale of instructional technology developed by the State Board and all moneys received from processing requests for individual student-level data. All moneys in the Fund shall be used by the State Board, subject to appropriation by the General Assembly, for costs associated with maintaining and updating that instructional technology and individual student-level data systems.
