- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
Each local office of the Job Service shall transmit to the Attorney General of the State of Illinois and to the appropriate State’s Attorney allegations of violations of Sections 8.1 and 8.2. Any such violation shall be punished as a Class A misdemeanor.
