Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 225 ILCS 515/10.3

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     Each employment agency shall transmit to the Attorney General of the State of Illinois and the appropriate State’s Attorney allegations of violations of Sections 10.1 and 10.2. Any such violation shall be a Class A misdemeanor.
