  • Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
     Any circuit court may, upon application of the Director or of the applicant or licensee against whom proceedings under Section 9 of this Act are pending, enter an order requiring the attendance of witnesses and their testimony, and the production of documents, papers, files, books and records in connection with any hearing in any proceedings under that section. The court may compel obedience to its order by proceedings for contempt.
