Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 505 ILCS 30/14.1
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
The Director may cooperate with and enter into agreements with governmental agencies of this State, other states, agencies of the federal government, and private associations and organizations in order to carry out the purpose and provisions of this Act.
