Sec. 7. “Eligible political subdivision” means any of the following:
(2) A municipality.
(1) A county.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
(3) An airport authority.
(4) A commuter transportation district.
(5) A regional transportation authority.
(6) A public transportation corporation under IC 36-9-4.
