- local share: means twenty-five percent (25%) of the federal funds received by the state in a year. See Indiana Code 36-9-42.2-3.3
Sec. 2.5. As used in this chapter, “exchanged funds” means the part of the local share exchanged for state dollars in accordance with section 6(b) of this chapter.
