Terms Used In Iowa Code 158.12
- Board: means the board of hearing aid specialists. See Iowa Code 154A.1
- Department: means the Iowa department of public health. See Iowa Code 154A.1
- License: means a license issued by the state under this chapter to a hearing aid specialist. See Iowa Code 154A.1
Any license issued by the department under the provisions of this chapter may be suspended, revoked, or renewal denied by the board for violation of any provision of chapter 157 or this chapter or rules promulgated by the board under the provisions of chapter 17A.
