Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 17-1618
- Association: means any corporation organized under this act. See Kansas Statutes 17-1602
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
Each association formed under this act shall prepare and make a written business entity information report to the secretary of state, and pay the required fee, as prescribed by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 17-7504, and amendments thereto.
