  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than thirty (30) nor more than ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
