The commission shall prescribe and provide the forms provided for by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 46-249. Any person required to file a statement of substantial interests, may file an amended statement of substantial interests (or if permitted by the secretary of state, amend the statement originally filed) at any time after the date when such statement is required to be filed.
