(a) The state board of healing arts shall adopt rules and regulations to limit the percentage of ownership when a licensed physician assistant forms a professional corporation pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 17-2706 et seq., and amendments thereto, in combination with other professional services.
(b) This section shall be part of and supplemental to the physician assistant licensure act.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
