Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 65-3412
- Person: means individual, partnership, firm, trust, company, association, corporation, individual or individuals having controlling or majority interest in a corporation, institution, political subdivision, state agency or federal department or agency. See Kansas Statutes 65-3402
- Secretary: means the secretary of health and environment. See Kansas Statutes 65-3402
Any person aggrieved by an order or disapproval of the secretary pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 65-3411, and amendments thereto, may, within 15 days of service of the order, request in writing a hearing on the order. Hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act. Any action of the secretary pursuant to this section is subject to review in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act.
