Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-2725b

  • Historic preservation: means the study, identification, protection, restoration and rehabilitation of buildings, structures, objects, districts, areas and sites significant in the history, architecture, archeology or culture of the state of Kansas, its communities or the nation. Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 75-2715 through 75-2725, and amendments thereto, and Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 75-2725a and this section, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the historic preservation act.
