Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-3051

  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
  • state agency: means any state office or officer, department, board, commission, institution, bureau, society or any agency, division or unit within any state office, department, board, commission or other state authority. See Kansas Statutes 75-3044

If any application or agreement provided to the director of the budget or the director of legislative research in accordance with Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 75-3050 and amendments thereto, is amended, the state agency shall notify the director of the budget and the director of legislative research of such action in the manner and form prescribed by the director of the budget. The state agency shall provide the director of the budget and the director of legislative research a copy of the amendments to the application or agreement when requested by the director of the budget or the director of legislative research.
