- Council: means the coordinating council on early childhood developmental services established in Kan. See Kansas Statutes 75-5648
The air quality conservation commission created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 65-3004, the solid waste advisory council created by Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 65-3403 and 65-3404, the water well contractors advisory council created by Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 82a-1204 and all existing committees created under the authority of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 49-419 are hereby abolished.
