If the requirements of La. Rev. Stat. 37:613 or 617 are met to the satisfaction of the board, the board shall issue to the applicant a certificate to practice podiatry.  A certificate issued by the board shall reflect an applicant’s practice prerogatives based upon the applicant’s education or level of training, or both.
