  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

The corporation shall, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, La. Rev. Stat. 49:950 et seq., promulgate the schedule of fees to be charged by the corporation in connection with the programs administered by it.  Such schedule shall be submitted to and subject to approval of the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget.
