- Discovery: Lawyers' examination, before trial, of facts and documents in possession of the opponents to help the lawyers prepare for trial.
Notwithstanding Title 1, section 302, this Act applies to requests for discovery in cases pending on the effective date of this Act. [PL 2019, c. 109, §1 (NEW).]
