  • Reporter: Makes a record of court proceedings and prepares a transcript, and also publishes the court's opinions or decisions (in the courts of appeals).

There is a position of State Reporter. The judges of the Court of Appeals shall appoint the State Reporter for a term of four years unless the judges remove him sooner. He is eligible for reappointment.
