County: means a county of the State or Baltimore City. See
Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.

The Alcohol Beverage Services for Montgomery County shall be:

(1) Immune from all suits for damages; and

(2) Subject to suit only for the enforcement of contracts made by the Alcohol Beverage Services for Montgomery County.
