Terms Used In Maryland Code, FAMILY LAW 10-135

  • state: means :

    (1) a state, possession, territory, or commonwealth of the United States; or

    (2) the District of Columbia. See
Earnings withholding orders issued out of state shall be enforced in the same manner under this Part III of this subtitle as earnings withholding orders issued in this State.
