- County: means a county of the State or Baltimore City. See
- Person: includes an individual, receiver, trustee, guardian, personal representative, fiduciary, representative of any kind, corporation, partnership, business trust, statutory trust, limited liability company, firm, association, or other nongovernmental entity. See
The rules and regulations adopted by the county commissioners may:
(1) require a person who maintains or operates a towing company in the county to obtain a license from the county; and
(2) specify a reasonable fee for the license.
