Terms Used In Michigan Laws 290.672
- Committee: means the commodity committee or advisory board established under a marketing program. See Michigan Laws 290.652
- month: means a calendar month; the word "year" a calendar year; and the word "year" alone shall be equivalent to the words "year of our Lord". See Michigan Laws 8.3j
If the assessment is not paid by the date specified by a committee as permitted under section 5(g), the unpaid assessment shall be subject to an interest charge of 1% per month.
