- Misdemeanor: Usually a petty offense, a less serious crime than a felony, punishable by less than a year of confinement.
- Person: means a natural person, firm, association, corporation, or other legal entity. See Michigan Laws 432.103
A person who wilfully violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $1,000.00 or imprisoned not more than 6 months or both.
