§ 325E.60 Restroom Access

Terms Used In Minnesota Statutes > Chapter 325E > RESTROOM ACCESS

  • Adult: means an individual 18 years of age or older. See Minnesota Statutes 645.451
  • Chief judge: The judge who has primary responsibility for the administration of a court but also decides cases; chief judges are determined by seniority.
  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
