Terms Used In Missouri Laws 138.110
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Complaints as to rulings of the county board of equalization in such counties shall be filed according to law with the state tax commission not later than September thirtieth of the year in which such ruling was made.
