- Person: an individual, corporation, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, joint venture, association, or any other legal or commercial entity. See Missouri Laws 195.010
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter or chapter 579 to the contrary, any person who has a valid industrial hemp registration as provided under section 195.746 may grow, harvest, cultivate, and process industrial hemp, as defined in section 195.010, in accordance with the requirements of such sections.
