Missouri Laws 195.752 – Administrative fine, when, amount
1. Any person producing industrial hemp who does not have a valid industrial hemp registration issued under section 195.746 may be subject to an administrative fine of five hundred dollars and may be fined one thousand dollars per day until such person destroys the industrial hemp crop. The Missouri state highway patrol shall certify such destruction to the department.
2. Any person selling, distributing, or offering for sale any agricultural hemp propagule or agricultural hemp seed in the state who does not have a valid agricultural hemp propagule and seed permit issued under section 195.746 may be subject to an administrative fine of five hundred dollars and may be fined one thousand dollars per day until such person obtains a valid permit.
