- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Notwithstanding any provision of section 292.655 to the contrary, employers that use medical needles in the routine course of conducting business in this state may use any Occupational Safety and Health Administration- or Food and Drug Administration-approved device.
