- Division: the division of motor carrier and railroad safety within the department of economic development. See Missouri Laws 622.100
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Copies of all official documents and orders filed or deposited according to law in the office of the division, certified by an administrative law judge or by the division director to be true copies of the originals, under the official seal of the division, shall be evidence in like manner as the originals.
