Terms Used In Missouri Laws 700.085

The provisions of sections 700.060 to 700.085 do not apply to any manufactured home unit being offered for sale and parked temporarily on the sales lot of any person, firm, or corporation regularly selling or offering for sale manufactured homes as part of his or its usual business operations.
