37-31-323. Fees. (1) Fees for licenses must be paid to the department in amounts prescribed by the board by rule.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
(2)The license fees must be paid in advance to the department unless otherwise prescribed by the board by rule.
(3)Other or additional license fees may not be imposed by a municipal corporation or other political subdivision of this state to practice under this chapter.
