The provisions of this chapter do not affect the right of the Department conferred by any other law to inspect any animals for the determination of the ownership thereof, or for any other purpose under the provisions of any such other law.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 565.160
- Animals: means :
(a) All cattle or animals of the bovine species except dairy breed calves under the age of 1 month. See Nevada Revised Statutes 565.010
- Department: means the State Department of Agriculture. See Nevada Revised Statutes 565.010
