(a) [Repealed.]
(b) The state treasurer shall pay the expenses of administering this chapter, N.H. Rev. Stat. § 382-A:9, and other information technology costs of the secretary of state out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated until the fees collected pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 293-A:1.22(a), N.H. Rev. Stat. § 382-A:9, and other information technology services have been received by him or her. Thereafter he or she shall pay the expenses of administering this chapter, N.H. Rev. Stat. § 382-A:9, and other information technology costs of the secretary of state out of the fees collected under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 293-A:1.22(a) and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 382-A:9-525 and shall reimburse the treasury for previous expenses paid by him or her. The governor is authorized to draw his warrant for the sums authorized by this section out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

(c) Fees collected by the secretary of state pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 293-A:1.22(e) and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 382-A:9-525 shall be deposited in the same manner as fees collected pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 293-A:1.22(a) and shall be available to the secretary of state to administer the provisions of this chapter and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 382-A:9 in the same manner as provided in subsection (b) of this section.
