  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
No officer, agent, or servant of a corporation shall fraudulently make any false entry or record in any book of the corporation, with intent to defraud, which is not prohibited by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 294-C:4.
