Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 301:13
- petition: when used in connection with the equity jurisdiction of the superior court, and referring to a document filed with the court, shall mean complaint, and "petitioner" shall mean plaintiff. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:51
The board of directors shall have the right to call a special meeting at any time; and they shall call one upon the petition of not less than 10 percent of the members or stockholders, stating the specific business to be brought before the association.
