Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 313-A:29
- Board: means the board of barbering, cosmetology, and esthetics. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 313-A:1
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
- Tanning facility: means any location, place, area, structure or business which provides access to a tanning device for a fee, membership dues or any other compensation. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 313-A:1
No person shall operate a tanning facility without paying an annual registration fee established by the board. Registration fees received from each tanning facility shall be deposited into the office of professional licensure and certification fund.
