Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 313-A:33
- Phototherapy device: means equipment that emits UV radiation and is used by licensed health care professionals in the treatment of disease. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 313-A:1
This subdivision shall not apply to a phototherapy device used by or under the supervision of a licensed health care professional for treatment of disease.
