  • Writ: A formal written command, issued from the court, requiring the performance of a specific act.
If the bond is forfeited, any attaching creditor or his representative may bring a writ of scire facias thereon within 2 years after the cause of action accrues, and not afterward, and 2 or more creditors may join in the action, and separate executions shall be awarded to each for the amounts due to them respectively.
