Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 541:17

  • Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
All evidence transferred by the commission shall be considered by the court regardless of any technical rule which might have rendered the same inadmissible if originally offered in the trial of an action at law.
