Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 40A:9-145.1
- director: means the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs. See New Jersey Statutes 40A:1-1
As used in this act:
a. “Director” means the Director of the Division of Local Government Services; and,
b. “Tax collector” means the official charged with the duty of collecting taxes upon real and personal property in a municipality.
