In addition to the other remedies provided in the New Mexico Dairy Product Act, the department is authorized to apply to the district court for, and such court shall have jurisdiction upon hearing and for such cause shown to grant, a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating any provision of Section 3 [25-7A-3 N.M. Stat. Ann.] of the New Mexico Dairy Product Act, irrespective of whether there exists an adequate remedy at law.
