validation.] All conveyances or incumbrances of real or personal property heretofore or hereafter made in pursuance of a power of attorney valid when executed, are hereby declared valid notwithstanding the revocation of such power or the death of the donor of such power where the person to whom such conveyance or incumbrance is made or granted is a bona fide purchaser or incumbrancer for value and without notice of such revocation or death.

- Donor: The person who makes a gift.
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
- Power of attorney: A written instrument which authorizes one person to act as another's agent or attorney. The power of attorney may be for a definite, specific act, or it may be general in nature.
