- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- judge: when used in this article shall apply equally to a county judge of the county within which the assignment is recorded and to justices of the supreme court, and the term "court" when used in this article shall, in like manner, apply to the county court of such county and to the supreme court.
