In addition to the definitions contained in section 31.01 of this title, whenever used in this article, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context, the terms listed below shall have the following meanings:

1. “Michigan Street African American Heritage Corridor” or “heritage corridor” shall mean the preservation corridor located between Broadway, Eagle, Elm and Nash to William street, William street (east) to Pine street, and Pine street (south) to Eagle street in downtown Buffalo including structures, such as the J. Edward Nash House, the Michigan Street Baptist Church, and the Colored Musicians Club, or such other geographic corridors established by an approved management plan.

2. “Michigan Street African American Heritage Corridor commission” or “commission” shall mean the Michigan Street African American Heritage Corridor commission created pursuant to this article.
